HOT-T-TEST Zumba Site EVER!

The Roseburg VA is the HOT-T-TEST Zumba Site Ever...literally!

Squelching temperatures could not keep the VA Zumba class from quitting...not even broken fans and male fans (watching us down dog) could keep this group from going home...they rocked last week in that heat wave!

Remember, this Wednesday, August 22 is our last class this summer...hope to see everyone back in September!

This ain't no Pilot Program anymore... Roseburg VA ZUMBA Program is here to stay!

Thanks to an awesome pilot program by VA staff, the ZUMBA Fitness program will continue until, well, until we peel ALL the paint off the walls in the VA Auditorium!  

Summer classes will conclude August 22 as planned and resume September 10.  This break will allow for back to school plans, daily doubles and school registrations.  ZUMBA classes will be at the same time and place...and hopefully with the same people plus a few more! 

Gotta' few curious friends?  This is the perfect time to have them try a class...1 time day passes are available for purchase thru PayPal.  See payment options below.

Fall classes allow for 26 classes before December holidays, so punch card purchases will be in different increments for fall ZUMBA classes.  Remember that all federally recognized holidays are excluded from the class schedule.  

FALL SPECIAL:  12-PAKs get 1 FREE class...simply redeem your fully punched 12-PAK card and receive your next ZUMBA class FREE!

WE PROMOTED...WE SUPPORTED...AND WE HAD A GREAT TIME DOING IT!

Thank you so much for the wonderful Zumba reception tonight!  The Roseburg VA is off to a great start for Zumba classes and there were some serious coins shakin' and swayin'!

Interested in pickin' up a FitPAK punch card?  Following these simple steps:

1. Using PayPal, purchase the FitPak that works for your summer season.(Once the PayPal transaction is completed, an email will automatically be generated and sent to your email address.)
2. Print a hardcopy of the receipt and present the hardcopy at the VA fitness class. (This receipt acts as currency).
3. In exchange for the receipt, FitPak Punch Cards will be issued on site and will be punched every time a class is attended.
4.  When the punch card is empty, visit the blogspot again for your next FitPak!

NOTE:  This is only a pilot program and not a guarantee of services after August 22.  Purchase FitPaks according to your summer needs.

In an effort to promote health and wellness in our Douglas County community and support the endeavors of VA staff members, group fitness services are now available at Roseburg VA Healthcare System located at 913 NW Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg… 

Can I get an AMEN after all that? Phew....

Beginning June 18, fitness classes will be offered every Monday and Wednesday in the VA Auditorium.  This is a pilot program and will operate from June 18 to August 22 (19 days of classes). 
Classes are available to VA staff and community members.

Ditch the work out and join the party with ZUMBA Fitness!

Class starts at 4:45 pm

Bring a water bottle and a towel…the rest will happen when you BRING IT at 4:45 every Monday and Wednesday.  Be prepared to laugh, shake, shimmy and sweat.  This class is for everyone…no experience necessary.  Please wear appropriate footwear, i.e., cross–trainers or tennis shoes…please, no dance or leather soft-soled shoes.

Mind meets body and body meets booty with a hook up in PiYo!

Class starts right after ZUMBA!

Bring a yoga mat and a towel because PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class that’s fun and challenging; but YOU gonna’ sweat…no doubt about it!  It’s energy and power all to some good-slow-funk rhythm.
